VIVIDPHOTO STUDIO — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how VividPhoto Studio ("the App", "we", "us"),

developed by DevTechie, handles your information. In short: the App does not

collect, store, or share your personal data. All photo editing happens on

your device.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no user accounts, no

sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs. The

App does not send your photos or any other data to our servers or to any

third party.

2. YOUR PHOTOS

- Selecting photos: When you choose a photo to edit, you pick it using the

  system photo picker provided by Apple. The App receives only the photo you

  select; it does not get access to the rest of your photo library.

- On-device processing: All edits, including the person detection that keeps

  people in original color while the background is edited, are performed

  entirely on your device using Apple's Core Image and Vision frameworks.

  Photos and the data derived from them (such as person masks) are never

  uploaded, and are held only in memory while you edit.

- Saving photos: If you tap Save, the App asks for permission to add photos

  to your photo library and saves the edited image there. This is "add only"

  access — the App cannot read, modify, or delete other photos in your

  library. A temporary file may be created during saving and is deleted

  immediately afterward. You can change this permission at any time in

  Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos.

The App does not keep copies of your photos after you close or leave it.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

VividPhoto Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App

Store. All purchases, payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled by

Apple. We do not receive or store your name, payment details, or Apple ID.

The App uses Apple's StoreKit framework only to check, on your device,

whether you have an active subscription.

Apple's handling of your purchase information is governed by Apple's Privacy

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] >

Subscriptions, or in the App Store.

4. DATA SHARING

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not sell, rent, trade, or

share personal data with anyone.

5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We do not retain any of your data. Edited photos you save live in your own

photo library, under your control, and can be deleted there at any time.

Deleting the App removes everything it holds on your device.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone,

including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU/UK or the

CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete

personal data. Since the App does not collect personal data, there is

nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions about

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be

posted at this page with an updated effective date. If a future version of

the App changes how data is handled, this policy will be updated before that

version is released.
